My interest in health and fitness began in my 40’s. I was a taxi driver for over 10 years and regular trips to the gym were very important as a counterbalance to driving for long stretches. The benefits to my physical and mental health have been significant, and I’m keen to share what I have learned.

I have experience working with clients of varying age, ability and shape, often with very different goals. I am always striving to expand my knowledge through education and research and I will never stop learning from my clients.
